Beer Dip

Be prepared to WOW at your next party with this recipe. It is a staple at our Drake girls weekends and was a hit at the Groupon holiday pre-party. While my photo does not do it justice (we had already attacked this batch) the best word I can think of to describe this recipe is: ADDICTIVE



  • 16 oz regular cream cheese, softened (2 packages)
  • 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese (1 package)
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1 Original Ranch packet
  • 6 fl oz beer of your choice (1/2 can)
  • Pretzels, for dipping
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix with a beater.
  3. Enjoy!
Beer Dip tastes amazing anytime but personal opinion is that it tastes better the day after it’s made … so make it, refrigerate it over night then enjoy.
