Special Edition: NYE Menu

I’m over the whole “pay $150+ to go to an over-crowded bar for new years” thing. Been there. Done that.

Instead some co-workers and I have decided to ring in 2012 with a fancy dinner and house party. Awesome food? Awesome friends? I’m in. We’ve decided that the ladies will cook and the men will be in charge of drinks … so here starts the first installment of our NYE menu, a sampling of recipes we’ll be testing out:

APPETIZERS

Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Bite-sized Baked Brie

MAIN COURSE

Simple Dinner Salad

Beef Tenderloin

Tomato, Basil and Cheese Baked Pasta

DESSERT

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes
