Remember that working out is only a part of a healthy lifestyle. Another part is eating healthy. Both in portion size and in making healthy eating decisions. I usually eat breakfast (most important meal of the day!) lunch and dinner plus two snacks — a mid-morning snack and mid-afternoon snack.
It’s always smart to plan ahead for snacks so that you don’t go to the vending machine and buy those pretzel M&Ms that have been staring at you for weeks now … it’s like they’re calling your name! Well tell them to F off because here are some great and healthy snack ideas:
